A fairytale-like experience. Huge, charming rooms. Secluded waterfall cabin with fireflies. Amazing staff. Delicious food and cocktails.
Not obvious to find.

Spent Xmas there and it was a total disaster. The location is quite isolated and there are no transport links nearby. The rooms were dirty and had no seating or lamps. The metal roof lets all the heat in and there are no screens on the windows to keep out the insects. The food was not too bad, but very limited and often came from frozen supplies. The only drinks available were small plastic bottles of water. The only positive aspects were the river and the waterfall. The river was great for swimming and the waterfall had crystal blue water, but that was about it.
The worst part was the price of everything. The hotel had no Christmas decorations or activities, but they charged exorbitant prices for everything, including a tiny bottle of water and basic meals.

We had a great time enjoying the natural surroundings of this secluded property. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. the rooms were spacious and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed swimming in the beautiful azure pools near the river and listening to the relaxing sounds of the stream running through the property. the location was perfect for those looking to escape the city and immerse themselves in nature.
The property's location made it difficult to access without a car, and there were not many amenities or activities available on-site. some of the rooms may need a bit of maintenance.

We were completely enchanted by this hidden gem. The hotel's location on a dirt road and surrounded by nature makes for a serene and magical experience. We stayed in the waterfall cabin and were enchanted by the lullaby that the waterfall created, helping us to swiftly fall asleep. The hotel's grounds were impeccable with beautiful wooden cabins and great facilities such as mini-golf, badminton court, and a lake where we could fish. The hotel staff was very welcoming, warm, and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
Was all great.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise nestled in nature. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, offer a unique and peaceful experience. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers, is a perfect place to relax. the restaurant and bar/lounge area serve delicious food and drinks, with special diet menus available. the private facilities, including spacious rooms with modern and elegant decor, fulfilled all my needs.
The only minor issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower, which lacked attention to detail. this was compensated by the excellent service provided by the friendly staff, who were always available to assist me.
